Ingredients:

□ all purpose flour 577 grams ( 4 1/2 cups)
□sugar 70 grams (4 1/2 tbsp)
□powder milk 35 grams (1/4 cup)
□salt 1 tsp
□ instant yeast 9 grams (3 tsp)
□full cream milk 360 grams ( 1 1/2 cups)
□sugar 1 tsp for the yeast mixture
□ egg 1 medium (60 gramd with shell) + 1 yolk
□ butter 45 grams ( 3 tbsp)

Ube cream filling:

□evap milk 1 can (big)
□condensed milk 1 /2 of can
□ ube flavoring 1 tbsp
□ ube halaya/jam 3 tbsp (1/4 cup)
□yolks 3 medium
□ sugar 2 tbsp
□ cornsatarch 2 tbsp
□ butter 2 to 3 tbsp i used 2 tbsp

Streusel for coating:

□all purpose flour 3/4 cup
□powder sugar 1 cup + 1 tbsp
□ grated cheese 3/4 cup
□powder milk 1/2 cup
□butter 60 grams or 4 tbsp (softened)

Baking time: 18 to 20 minutes
Oven temperature: 150°c I’m using gast type oven.

Note:
*pag gad oven ang gamit sindihan ang apoy sa baba lamang.
* pag electric oven nman ang gamit taas baba ang init.
